- Water treatment: It copolymerizes to make cationic flocculants and decolorants for sewage, printing, electroplating and papermaking wastewater purification.
- Coatings, inks & adhesives: It modifies acrylic resins to improve paint adhesion, water resistance and bonding stability of water-based adhesives and printing binders.
- Papermaking chemicals: It synthesizes retention aids and dry strength agents to boost fiber retention and enhance paper physical strength.
- Surfactants & daily chemicals: It is quaternized into cationic surfactants and used as film-forming raw material for hair styling products and shampoo conditioners.
