- Copper Clad Laminates (CCL)
- Added to epoxy resin substrates and prepregs to achieve halogen-free flame retardancy, improve thermal decomposition resistance of boards. Widely used in circuit boards for communication equipment, servers and consumer electronics, complying with UL94 V-0 standard.
- Electronic Packaging Materials
- Applied in epoxy molding compounds for chips, potting adhesives for components and packaging resin of power modules. It prevents electronic devices from ignition under high temperature and suppresses burning drips to protect precision parts.
- Epoxy Insulation Composites
- Suitable for epoxy insulation boards, transformer impregnating resin and high-voltage electronic insulation parts. It provides both flame resistance and superior insulation, reducing corrosive gas generated by thermal decomposition.
- High-performance Epoxy Adhesives
- Used in thermal conductive glue, structural epoxy adhesive and lithium battery bonding glue. It will not weaken bonding strength, featuring low migration and low precipitation for new energy and lithium battery electronic components.
