SM 7100 has low surface tension and strong wettabilit, which can be used as solvent for anti-fingerprint coating of electronic display screen or as a wetting agent for cosmetics. In addition, it has excellent heat transfer ability, good insulation performance, superior environmental performance and high compatibility with a variety of materials. It can be used as a liquid cooling working medium and cleaning agent component in semiconductor manufacturing processes such as semiconductor dry etching, wafer testing and packaging testing.
