1. Bis-functional high reactivity ——Both ends have methyl acrylate structures. The free radical polymerization crosslinking density is high. The curing rate is more than 40% faster than that of single-functional monomers, which can significantly shorten the UV/peroxide curing time.
2. Low viscosity & high dilution capacity ——At 25℃, the viscosity is approximately 5-10 mPa·s, which is much lower than that of DEGDMA and TEGDMA. It can be diluted with a ratio of 30-50% to the high-viscosity resin to reduce the viscosity of the system without affecting the hardness after curing. The amount of filler can be increased by another 10-15%.
3.Mechanical-chemical dual high-performance ——After crosslinking, the hardness (Shore D) is ≥ 85, the bending strength is ≥ 110 MPa, and it can withstand water, alcohol, and alkali scrubbing for more than 500 times; the glass transition temperature is high, and after long-term 100℃ heat aging for one week, the performance retention rate is ≥ 90%.
4. The solidification shrinkage rate is low ——The molecular weight is 226, with a Tg as high as 120-140℃. The polymer volume shrinkage is less than 6%, significantly lower than that of styrene (about 12%). The product dimensions are stable and the internal stress is low, making it suitable for precision casting and optical components.
